These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skapa MC website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are

All content on the Site, including articles, insights, service descriptions and project figures, is provided for general informational purposes only. Commissioning, qualification, validation and related services are provided only under a separate written agreement that defines the scope, standards and responsibilities for a specific engagement.
Facilities, codes, standards and site conditions differ. Do not act on Site content for a specific project without obtaining advice from qualified professionals, including licensed professionals where required by law, who are familiar with your facility and jurisdiction.
3. No client relationship
Browsing the Site, downloading content or contacting us by email does not create a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship with Skapa MC. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information until an engagement has been confirmed in writing and appropriate confidentiality terms are in place.
4. Project figures and results
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Outcomes on any project depend on factors outside any single firm's control, including design, construction quality, schedule, weather, utility actions and owner decisions.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, page designs and logos, are owned by Skapa MC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. SKAPA MC, the Skapa MC logo and the "Mission Critical" wordmark treatment are trademarks of Skapa MC. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
You may view, download and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and trademark notices intact. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using the Site or its content in any way that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
